Flippy does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. There is therefore nothing to opt out of, but you can still contact us about your data at any time.

This page is a notice for California residents. Our full practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

• Identifiers: email address and, if you sign in with Google, name and profile picture.
• Commercial information: your plan, subscription status and purchases of flipbooks.
• Content you upload: the pages of your documents and their settings.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data received by our hosting providers to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We use this information only to provide the Service, process payments, answer your requests, keep the Service secure and comply with the law. It is disclosed only to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting, database, payments, email), which process it on our behalf.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• delete it;
• correct inaccurate information.

You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. You can download your data and delete your account yourself from Settings.

Write to privacy@my-flippy.click from the email address associated with your account, stating what you are asking for. To protect your data we may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We reply within 45 days.
