3. Your content
3.1 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading a document you declare that:
- you own the rights to it, or have the permissions needed to publish it;
- it does not infringe copyright, trademarks, image or privacy rights or other third-party rights;
- it is not illegal and does not breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
The Provider does not review content before publication and is not responsible for content uploaded by users.
3.2 Licence
Your content remains yours. By uploading it you grant the Provider a non-exclusive, free licence limited to what is needed to provide the Service: storing it, converting it into a flipbook and displaying it according to the visibility settings you choose. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
3.3 Reports and removal
The Provider may remove content or suspend accounts upon reports from third parties or at the request of authorities, when content is manifestly unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is subject to an order.
How to report content
If you believe a flipbook infringes your rights or is unlawful, write to privacy@my-flippy.click stating:
- the link to the flipbook;
- which right you believe is infringed and why;
- your contact details;
- a good-faith statement that the information provided is accurate.
The Provider assesses the report within a reasonable time and, if the infringement is manifest or confirmed by an order, removes the content or blocks access to it. For copyright reports see also the Copyright Policy.
Counter-notice
Whoever uploaded removed content can send a counter-notice to the same address, explaining why they believe it does not infringe any right. If the original report proves unfounded, the content may be restored.
Abusive reports and repeat infringements
Reports made in bad faith or with false information may lead to the suspension of the reporter's account. The Provider may close the account of anyone who repeatedly infringes third-party rights.
